How do you think this is safe when such plastic bottles when exposed to sunlight, release chemicals into whatever they store. Why are you not considering glass jars instead? Hard to handle but at least they don't pollute food.

So your bees decide to make a superseding queen cell in the middle of a "frame", how would you ever reach it without cutting it out? And more importantly, you're running this method to avoid chemical contamination, but you're exposing PET bottles to the environment, but PET bottles are single use and leach toxic chemicals during prolonged use. If you're using tougher plastics, disregard this.

I have always used the grab and twist method, specially on pets it works great. Other tips are white pants, socks on top of the pants, shirt tucked in pants. Change clothes after every time you spend in nature. Clothes cna be washed or left in the sun for several days. If you feel something crawling on you, always check, we have very keen senses for this, for reasons. When you check, dont just slap or grab but check visualy or ask a friend, this way you dont shake the tic to some other spot but find it and remove it. If you spend any longe time in nature take time every evening to go through your buddys or partners body visualy with a light, seems maybe odd but here modesty might lead to a lifetime of suffering. Take frequent swims and shake and check your clothes, white clothes are best because you can easily spot the the tic. Do not share surfaces with pets or sleep with them. I have lived my whole life in a densely tic infested area, i havent caught borrelia or the other disease, i have a few that bite on every summer but the borrelia infection takes aprox 12-24h before infection, hence the everyday checkups. Rant over 🕊️

Let the haters hate its what they do best! Pay no mind to them! I think this is genius! What a great, cool, creative way of putting your own ‘twist’ on Beekeeping! (You see what I did there, I made a funny punny!) I think you are awesome, thank you for making these videos I’d like you to go into more depth explaining how to make your hives down to the tools needed and could you ‘bee’ more specific about the queen excluder and how it works as well as a lil bit more in-depth and detail of how you harvest after making a bee excluder to harvest, without bees, the honey come filled bottles and how you add empties to the top? Or bottom? I’m thinking about using the water jugs we have here in the states to combine a few I really like those shaped bottles you have! I’ve never seen those types here

My husband and I love your videos, so I had to take a moment to leave a comment related to the word pirogue - We’re from Louisiana, so around here, the word pirogue isn’t pronounced like it’s spelled, it’s pronounced the cajun way - “Pee-Roe”, without the “gue” at the end. It’s incredibly hard to learn as a kid to spell pirogue when the word you hear sounds nothing like the correct spelling!
